About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Pensions Officer to join our team in Stevenage. As a Pensions Officer, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of our pension schemes, including processing member contributions, calculating benefits, and providing excellent customer service to our members.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the administration of our pension schemes, including processing member contributions and calculating benefits.
- Provide excellent customer service to our members, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely payment of pension benefits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with our pension scheme providers to ensure smooth operation of the schemes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our pension strategy, working closely with our HR and finance teams.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience of working with pension schemes and administration software.
- Knowledge of pension legislation and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- A salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience.
- A company bonus of up to £2,500 based on company performance.
- A maximum total employer and employee pension contribution of up to 14%.
