Job Title: Pensions Officer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pensions Officer to join our team in Stevenage. As a Pensions Officer, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of our pension schemes, including processing member contributions, calculating benefits, and providing excellent customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the administration of our pension schemes, including processing member contributions and calculating benefits.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our members, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely payment of pension benefits.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our pension scheme providers to ensure smooth operation of the schemes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our pension strategy, working closely with our HR and finance teams.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience of working with pension schemes and administration software.
  • Knowledge of pension legislation and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer

  • A salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience.
  • A company bonus of up to £2,500 based on company performance.
