Room Leader & Third in Charge RoleWe are seeking an exceptional Room Leader & Third in Charge to join our team at Kido Imperial Windsor. As a key member of our nursery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care and education for our children. Your expertise and leadership will play a vital role in shaping the learning environment and experiences for our young students.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education
- Develop and implement engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of all children
- Collaborate with the nursery management team to drive continuous improvement and excellence
- Ensure a safe and secure learning environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and social development
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers to provide a seamless transition between home and nursery
- A competitive salary range of up to £31,000 for full-time, 40 hours per week
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 30 days after 5 years' service
