Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technical Officer to join our team at ICS Legal. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our technology strategy and driving the development of large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of our technology strategy and roadmap
  • Oversee the design and implementation of large-scale projects
  • Manage and mentor a team of senior developers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience as a senior developer with extensive experience in complex and large-scale projects
  • Deep understanding of technology trends, best practices, and the Indian market's technology landscape
  • Extensive knowledge of software development methodologies, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity best practices
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into effective technology strategies
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, AWS, and/or CISSP
  • Ability to think tactically and translate business objectives into technology initiatives
  • Proficient in risk mitigation and data security of digital assets
