Broking Team Lead Opportunity

IDEX Consulting Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Broking Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our corporate broking team, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced Client Advisors, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 4-6 Client Advisors, providing coaching, training, and guidance to ensure they reach their full potential.
  • Manage key client relationships, project delivery, and complex referrals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve team performance.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in corporate broking, with a strong background in team management and client relationship building.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, splitting time between home and the office.
