Key Responsibilities:- Processing financial transactions and reconciling statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Setting up new vendor accounts and maintaining existing account details.
- Reconciliation of vendor statements.
- Managing the payment process and responding to vendor queries.
- Assisting with month-end closures and financial reporting.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the financial ledger.
- Working closely with the finance team to improve processes and efficiency.
- Previous experience in a financial transaction coordination role or similar.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with financial software and systems is advantageous.
