Capital Equipment Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Capital Equipment Sales Manager to join our team at Path Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in capital equipment or plant machinery sales
  • Strong understanding of the industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving license

What We Offer:

  • Basic salary of circa £40-45k DOE
