Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at a large pharmaceutical manufacturing company. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for processing invoices, managing payment controls, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices in a timely and compliant manner, ensuring accurate and efficient payment processing.
- Manage payment controls, ensuring all supplier payments are accurate and compliant with company policies.
- Participate in Accounts Payable workflow tasks, monitoring assigned site's invoicing/payment processing.
- Collaborate with external agencies/suppliers to ensure internal process needs and customer expectations are met.
Requirements:
- Experience in Accounts Payable process, with a focus on invoice processing and payment management.
- Excellent verbal, analytical, and inter-personal skills.
What We Offer:
As an Accounts Payable Specialist at Quality Start, you will have the opportunity to work with a reputable pharmaceutical manufacturing company, with a competitive PAYE rate of £13 per hour. This is a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension or permanent placement dependent on performance.
