We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facilities Assistant to join our team at One Retail. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a high standard of facility management and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Facility Maintenance: Undertake minor repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our facilities.
- Site Management: Responsible for ensuring the exterior of the site is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, including general external maintenance tasks.
- Contractor Management: Assist the facilities team with the control of contractors, ensuring they are signed in correctly and adhere to site policies and rules.
- Building Operations: Responsible for opening and/or closing the building as required.
- Brand Representation: Represent One Retail and maintain a positive brand image.
- Health and Safety: Comply with Health & Safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Adaptability: Be adaptable and able to easily embrace changing priorities.
- Communication Skills: Be a brilliant communicator and able to build strong relationships.
- Initiative: Strive for excellence and take initiative to make decisions that benefit our customers.
