We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our Real Estate team in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile projects, working closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.
  • Act as the key client interface, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time, cost, and quality targets.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and procurement.
  • Monitor and control project finances, ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project governance and quality management.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with Associate Directors and Directors to construct bids for new work.
  • Develop and maintain project case studies, photographs, and project CV files.

  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
  • Proven experience managing Real Estate projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
