  • Evaluate sales processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
  • Sell customer extras across all reservations to drive additional profit for the company.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of customer interactions and sales processes on relevant IT systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a polite, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, keeping them informed of the progress of their purchase and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Work with the site team to understand build progress and provide customer information to ensure a seamless sales experience.
  • Implement the company's commitment to delivering excellent customer service, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
  • Deliver high-quality home demonstrations in conjunction with the build teams.
  • Take responsibility for company property and equipment, maintaining a high standard of presentation in the sales area.
