**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Branded Video to join our team at Bauer Media Group. As a key member of our Branded Content Team, you will play a pivotal role in creating, delivering, and optimizing compelling co-branded content to drive revenue growth and build our reputation as a leading digital-first content producer and branded content partner.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop innovative ideas to meet client briefs and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with Creative Strategy and Commercial Content teams to deliver high-quality content that meets client needs.
  • Work closely with the Delivery Team to ensure seamless project execution and excellent client servicing.
  • Deliver content that is accurate, on-brand, up-to-date, and appealing to our audience.
  • Manage budgets and revenue targets to ensure sound financial performance.
  • Mentor junior video producers to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Select music for videos and ensure consistency in our house-style.
  • Be a visible, active, and approachable member of our team, providing support and guidance to colleagues.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in video production, with a deep understanding of commercial video production and post-sale processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of video production software, including Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Ability to translate performance data and audience insights into developing commercial video formats.
  • Highly experienced videographer with outstanding knowledge of all elements of video production.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide junior team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
