Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Architect to join our team in London. As a Design Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design process for large-scale UK residential projects, from RIBA stages 1 to 3.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement design concepts for high-rise and student accommodation projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets client requirements and project goals
  • Manage and coordinate design teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in architecture and design

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in large-scale UK residential projects
  • Strong design experience throughout stages 0-3
  • Proficiency in Revit, with experience in Rhino and SketchUp a plus
