About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Analyst to join our Information Security team at Hays Technology. As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will play a critical role in protecting our organization's infrastructure and data from cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents, requests, and events to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.
  • Prioritize and diagnose security incidents according to established procedures.
  • Investigate the causes of incidents, document findings, and seek resolution.
  • Escalate unresolved incidents according to established procedures.
  • Facilitate recovery following the resolution of incidents.
  • Document and close resolved security incidents according to established procedures.
  • Manage and monitor security software, including CrowdStrike, Appcheck, and Active Directory.
  • Manage and monitor IS reports, including CrowdStrike, Mimecast, and business reports.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong working knowledge of cybersecurity, including intrusion prevention and incident response. You should be strong analytically with good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Operational hands-on experience in some of the following technologies is required:

  • Microsoft Security Tooling - Defender, Security Centre
  • End Point Protection

  • Web Filtering technologies
  • Network technologies
  • Azure Cloud Security Services, Office 365, Intune
  • Website security
  • Mobile Device Management
