Key Responsibilities:

  • Security Gap Analysis: Identify and integrate security tools within development processes to ensure seamless security solutions.
  • Agile Frameworks: Work within agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum) to deliver security solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Security Training and Documentation: Train teams on core security products and create accessible documentation to promote security best practices.
  • Automated Monitoring Systems: Develop and implement automated monitoring systems to ensure secure-by-default practices for engineering teams.
  • Security Frameworks: Stay up-to-date with security frameworks like OWASP Top 10 and CVSS to ensure compliance and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure) and continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Linux Administration: Strong Linux administration skills and knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Operational Expertise: Operational and troubleshooting expertise to ensure seamless system performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SDLC Knowledge: Understanding of SDLC and tools like JIRA, Git, and Nexus.
