MICE and SIT Expert

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and proactive MICE and SIT Specialist to join their sales and operations team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and executing exciting events and Special Interest Tours (SIT). Your tasks will include developing and managing a product database to drive successful bids, delivering personalized end-to-end solutions, ensuring seamless event execution, and building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a web-based portal for tours and events, optimize tariffs, catalogue products engagingly, and contribute to segment development projects.
- Support sales with appealing offer letters, handle itinerary and revenue checks, promote destinations and products, and advise on suitable client solutions.
- Coordinate booking requests, assist with bookings, conduct site inspections, and support VIP/event coordination as needed.
- Conduct research, organize cross-divisional sprints, provide administrative support, and seek continuous improvements in the working environment.
- To bring positivity and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- To prioritize driving revenue, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- MICE and SIT Expertise: Proven experience in creating, proposing, and managing packages, with a knack for high-quality event documentation.
- A familiarity with marketing, especially social media, is a plus, alongside a proactive approach to projects and tasks.
