Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Buyers Assistant to join our Buying and Merchandising team. As a Buyers Assistant, you will play a key role in sourcing and developing a commercial range of products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and develop a commercial range of products that maximise sales and profit
  • Maintain a clear understanding of the Mint Velvet customer and brand handwriting
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the high street and competitors
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships within the Buying and Merchandising teams and suppliers
  • Prepare and present weekly department performance and delivery schedule meetings
