Customer Engagement Administrator

This position is a maternity cover role, ideal for individuals with a background in the DIY sector and proficient sales abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Trade/DIY sales and account management teams in developing customized point-of-sale materials, manuals, and guides tailored for client accounts.
- Collaborate with Trade/DIY & KF Operations managers to organize and coordinate meetings and events for the sales and account management teams.
- Oversee visitor registration for Trade/DIY & KF stakeholders visiting the main office.
- Process requests for uniforms and personal protective equipment for both Trade/DIY & KF sales teams.
- Develop line plans for customer accounts managed by the Trade/DIY sales and account management teams.
- Manage the orders, packaging, and distribution of sales event materials and tools.
- Address ad-hoc requests from Trade/DIY & KF stakeholders.
- Support the CBG sales and account management teams with territory optimization adjustments using the Geo-Plan platform.
Communication:
- Assist the Sales Development team through regular weekly meetings with the Trade/DIY Operations Manager, KF Operations Manager, and Sales Training Manager.
- Participate in weekly Trade/DIY sales and account management team calls, providing operational updates and key business activities.
- Compile and distribute weekly business activity communications for Trade/DIY & KF sales teams.
- Prepare and share incentive communication updates with the Trade/DIY & KF sales teams.
- Generate and circulate the monthly SherWINS communication for both Trade/DIY & KF sales teams, in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Deliver monthly updates from the sales support team during SET team meetings, utilizing a structured presentation format.
Salesforce System Management:
- Create and disseminate Salesforce action plans for KF sales team customer accounts.
- Manage reporting for KF action plans, providing completion updates to the KF Operations Manager and internal stakeholders.
- Engage in regular team calls with Sales Operations Managers and CRM Manager to continuously enhance sales team operations.
- Coordinate and oversee Salesforce dashboard management in alignment with Trade/DIY & KF Operations Managers and CRM Manager.
- Employ Continuous Improvement (CI) strategies to enhance communication practices and elevate product and sales performance awareness.
- Download and archive ad-hoc Salesforce reporting requests to assist with activity reviews for both Trade/DIY & KF sales teams.
Customer Focus:
- Support the Trade/DIY sales and account management teams in crafting customer business plans.
- Manage and coordinate customer CPI communications, including data transfer, printing, packaging, and dispatching letters.
- Develop KF customer UM communication presentations, ensuring alignment with the KF Operations Manager.
- Oversee the setup of new KF starters with SW HRSS and B&Q HR/Security teams to establish paint machine login credentials.
Color Chip Management:
- Oversee and coordinate color chip purchase orders on a quarterly basis.
- Analyze color chip stock levels, including out-of-stocks, old stock rotation, and overstock management.
- Facilitate order processes among the UK, France, and Poland.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for effective chip order management, including finance and marketing teams.
Qualifications:
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
- Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates collaborative experience within a sales team environment.
- Possesses excellent organizational and planning abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the DIY industry.
- Experience in a sales-oriented background with proven selling skills.
- Demonstrated success in a customer-facing role.
- Strong negotiation capabilities.
- Merchandising expertise.
- Proven determination and passion for enhancing sales performance.
- Knowledge of SW brands and products.
- Understanding of SW markets, including KF, Trade, and DIY.
