Sponsorship Sales Leader Opportunity

A rapidly growing events business is seeking a highly skilled Sponsorship Sales Leader to drive revenue growth and develop strategic partnerships. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for negotiating partnership agreements, tracking and analysing performance, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and financial requirements.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar events sales role, with a track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong partnerships.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
