Aftersales Manager Opportunity in Leatherhead, Surrey

We are seeking an experienced and successful Aftersales Manager / Service Manager to lead our service department in the Leatherhead area of Surrey.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee all aspects of the Service Department operations, ensuring seamless delivery of customer service and satisfaction.
  2. Monitor and review CSI surveys and other measures to track customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Drive the performance of the Service department staff, focusing on staff development and potential progression.
  4. Manage costs for the department, ensuring efficient use of resources and budget.
  5. Monitor performance against agreed targets and budgets, making adjustments as necessary.
  6. Control the recruitment process, as required, to ensure the right talent joins the team.
  7. Perform regular performance analysis to identify areas of weakness and develop targeted marketing strategies.
  8. Review Service KPIs on a regular basis to track performance and identify trends.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager with a proven track record of success.
  2. Ability to lead and motivate a team, embodying the brand and dealer group values.
  3. Demonstrate a stable career path with a focus on long-term career progression.
