**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to convey key messages to internal stakeholders.
  • Execute scheduling plans to provide clear communication timelines and delivery channels.
  • Ensure communications are delivered through the most effective channels and formats to engage and support internal stakeholders.
  • Create clear and concise briefs, including timelines, for internal stakeholders.
  • Align with processes and systems to ensure timely and effective delivery of reactive communications.
  • Follow brand guidelines to maintain consistency in all communications.
  • Work closely with peers in sales, marketing, promotions, content, and internal success teams to align communication strategies and achieve key objectives.
  • Continuously review feedback to identify opportunities for improving communication.

**Requirements:**

  • **Education**: Degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related fields (preferred but not essential)
  • **Experience**: Experience with internal communications technology, utilising multiple platforms.
  • **Project Work**: Experience supporting projects and delivering against tight deadlines.
  • **Industry**: Experience working in the European market within the Health, Wellness, Fitness, Nutrition sector
  • **Soft Skills**: Creative, Detailed, Meticulous, Resilient, Humble, Fast paced, proactive
  • **Flexibility**: Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends where required
