As a key member of the service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, mentoring new team members, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant environment
  • Station holder, mentoring new team members
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Guest-orientated at all times
  • Understanding of Health and Safety legislation and implications
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and an excellent team player
