We offer a range of services across the country, including support for those experiencing homelessness, unemployment, and involvement with the criminal justice system. Our approach is centered around empowering individuals to take control of their lives and make positive changes.

About the Service - Criminal Justice Services

Our criminal justice services focus on supporting women involved in the system, addressing the underlying causes of crime and providing holistic support to help them rebuild their lives. We deliver diversion from custody schemes, education, training, and employment services, as well as pre-release services and support in women's prisons.

About the Job

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Criminal Justice Engagement Workers. In this role, you will engage and support individuals involved in the criminal justice sector, providing advice and encouragement to access recovery-oriented support and reduce reoffending.

You will work closely with external organizations, including courts, probation, and police, to deliver trauma-informed and strength-based interventions. Your goal will be to support individuals in making positive changes to their lifestyle and reducing their risk of reoffending.
