Criminal Justice Recovery Specialist

Our ServicesWe offer a range of services across the country, including diversion from custody schemes, education, training, and employment programs, as well as holistic support for women involved in the criminal justice system. Our services are underpinned by an in-depth understanding of trauma and are designed to address the underlying causes of crime.
About the RoleWe are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Criminal Justice Recovery Workers. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with individuals involved in the criminal justice system, providing advice, encouragement, and support to help them access recovery-oriented services and reduce reoffending.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering trauma-informed, strength-based interventions to support individuals in making positive changes to their lifestyle
- Building professional relationships with external organizations involved in supervision, care, and treatment
- Providing outreach support within the community, working effectively and independently as a virtual team
