Staffline is seeking individuals to join our team as Forklift Operators for a prominent supplier in the fresh produce sector.

We offer transportation services for a nominal fee to facilitate your commute. This is a full-time, ongoing position with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role for suitable candidates.


Working Hours:

  • Day Shift: 7:00am to 7:30pm
  • Night Shift: 7:00pm to 7:30am

Compensation:
  • Day Shift: £13 per hour
  • Overtime is compensated at £16.25 (First 12 weeks overtime from 48 hours, after 12 weeks overtime after 42 hours)
  • Night Shift: £15.85 per hour
  • Overtime is compensated at £19.81 (First 12 weeks overtime from 48 hours, after 12 weeks overtime after 42 hours)

While experience in a similar capacity is advantageous, it is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
  • Organizing pallets within storage systems
  • Ensuring accurate placement of inventory in designated areas

Ideal Candidate: Our perfect Forklift Operator is diligent, dependable, and possesses a strong attention to detail. A valid D1 or D2 forklift license is required; however, expired or internal licenses may be accepted for the right individual. Forklift Operators should be able to work efficiently and thrive in a temperature-controlled environment.
