Job Title: Forklift Driver

Location: Huntingdon

Contract Type: Ongoing, Temp to Perm

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, Rotating Shift 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm

Pay: £12.62 per hour basic pay, Overtime available after working full-time week

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Driver to join our team at 24-7 Recruitment Services. As a Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a forklift to move pallet-packed materials around the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing regular equipment checks to ensure the forklift is in good working condition
  • Loading and unloading materials from various vehicles, including trailers and containers
  • Maneuvering the forklift safely in a busy warehouse environment, avoiding collisions and ensuring a smooth workflow
  • Safely stacking and unstacking large quantities of goods onto shelves or pallets, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Previous forklift experience is essential, with a proven track record of safe and efficient operation
  • In-date Reach Truck license is required
