Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should possess a strong background in incident response, offensive security techniques, system forensics, networking principles, scripting, and risk assessment. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of five years of experience in incident detection and response are essential.
Preferred certifications include SANS GIAC, ISC2, Cisco, CERT, EC Council, Offensive Security, or EnCase. Specialized experience in security evaluation, application security, security operations, or cyber intelligence analysis will be advantageous.
