Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Consumer Analytics team at Harnham. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in driving consumer growth with cutting-edge analytics in a dynamic consulting environment.

About the Role

  • Work with top consumer businesses to unlock growth through advanced analytics and market intelligence.
  • Utilize your data skills to help clients with everything from demand forecasting to optimizing trade promotions.
  • Be part of a team that builds scalable, reusable analytics tools that speed up project delivery.
  • Help clients navigate key business decisions like market expansion and personalized marketing strategies.
  • Lead workshops, present insights, and ensure clients get the most out of data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive consumer growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact analytics projects.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on data analysis, statistical modeling, and market intelligence.
  • Communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in consumer analytics.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of consumer analytics, especially revenue growth, pricing strategies, and trade promotions.
  • Experience with implementing tools like Salesforce or Kantar.
  • Comfortable managing projects from start to finish, with a knack for analysis and statistical modeling.
  • Strong communication skills are a must - you'll be leading client meetings and explaining complex ideas in a way that makes sense.
  • A background in consulting or working with big consumer brands - ideally both.
