Position Overview

In light of the ongoing expansion and an increasing client portfolio within global consumer markets, GradBay is seeking a Research Assistant.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Senior Consultants and Partners responsible for executing international search projects.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to become part of a vibrant and expanding organization at the beginning of your career, where you will gain valuable insights into research and recruitment practices.

You will work alongside a consultant who will enhance your skills in identifying target organizations and attracting suitable candidates by deepening your understanding of job titles and reporting structures, while simultaneously developing a comprehensive understanding of various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough and detailed research on clients and the broader consumer landscape across global markets.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews while guiding senior personnel through the search process.
  • Identify new candidates through networking, research, databases, and proactive headhunting.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in the consumer market while pinpointing client opportunities.
  • Manage all related administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting.
  • Oversee ongoing systems management related to the search process.

  • Degree-level education.
