Transformative Bathroom Design Opportunities

We're seeking a visionary Retail Interior Designer to spearhead the creation of breathtaking, high-end bathrooms that exceed our discerning clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to craft bespoke bathroom designs that harmonize style and functionality.
  • Utilize advanced design software to develop stunning 3D visualizations that bring your ideas to life.
  • Guide clients through the design process, offering expert advice and inspiration to ensure their vision is realized.
  • Work closely with the head office to ensure seamless project execution and delivery of exceptional results.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in bathroom design or interior design, preferably within a retail environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Sales experience is a plus, but your passion for design and ability to create luxurious spaces is what will set you apart.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary starting at £26,000, with a commission structure that can add an extra £3,000 - £4,000 annually.
  • The opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that thrives on creativity, innovation, and delivering excellence in retail interior design.
Work Schedule:
  • 40 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate alternate Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Saturday: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Sunday: 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
