Position Title: Senior Project Professional - Delivery

Compensation: Starting from £40,748 based on skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager with Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) compliance, logistics, security, and the ongoing upkeep of Dreadnought facilities, while also contributing to the establishment of new facilities. This role is essential to ensure that the testing facilities' capabilities and capacities are aligned with the Integration Testing Program.
- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including supply chain, engineering, site and facilities management, commercial, and finance teams, to oversee construction projects throughout their entire lifecycle, while providing updates on project performance concerning schedule, cost, and quality through Project Performance and Bid status reviews.
- Serve as the project lead for multiple initiatives, occasionally with limited support, identifying potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and escalating issues to the project manager when necessary.
Required Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Possess a solid understanding of facility construction and maintenance within both engineering and project management contexts.
- Experience in program scheduling (development and updates) with a strong grasp of estimating and related maturity.
- Ability to support and, when needed, lead Life Cycle Management (LCM) reviews for projects at various stages, including the bidding phase.
- Previous experience in financial assessments (cost modeling, forecasting, and Earned Value Management).
- Understanding of Health and Safety regulations and the capability to act as a Responsible Person following training.
Desirable:
- Project Management qualification, such as PMQ, is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Visio and Microsoft Projects.
