Job Overview

Job Title: Facilities Senior Project Professional

Location: Barrow-in-Furness

Salary: From £40,748 depending on skills and experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Senior Project Professional to support the Project Manager with SHE (safety, health and Environments), logistics, security and the overall maintenance of Dreadnought facilities alongside the development of new facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Manager with project planning, coordination, and execution
  • Liaise closely with stakeholders to manage build projects through the full lifecycle
  • Provide project support for multiple projects, identifying emerging risks and implementing mitigation plans
  • Develop and maintain project delivery plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Collaborate with the Engineering and Facilities teams to ensure project success

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Project Management qualification (e.g. PMQ)
  • Ability to analyze data and present solutions effectively
  • Experience in project scheduling, estimating, and cost modeling
  • Knowledge of Project Management toolsets (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Projects)

Desirable:

  • Good understanding of engineering and facilities management principles
