About the Role
This exciting opportunity is part of our Financial Crimes Transformation Programme, focused on enhancing our regulatory compliance and risk management capabilities. You'll join the Enterprise Anti Money Laundering (AML) team, working on the Know Your Business (KYB) Refresh programme for our International Issuing Legal Entity base, including small business and commercial.
Key Responsibilities

- Establish strong business governance and accountability, ensuring seamless project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- Results-driven project manager with a track record of delivering complex projects in a matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders across seniority and business units.
- Knowledge of AML/CFT environment and regulatory landscape is a plus.
