As a Civil Engineering Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing a variety of civil engineering projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the short and medium-term project schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Implementing corrective actions for any identified issues. Collaborating with the Construction Manager and project teams to coordinate construction activities and ensure subcontractors fulfill their obligations. Maintaining precise records of site operations, resource utilization, and material compliance. Executing earthworks, concrete placements, and drainage installations.Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Civil Engineering Supervisor position will possess:
A HNC in a construction-related field or NVQ Level 2. Proven expertise in site construction activities, including staff and subcontractor management within regulated environments. A valid CSCS card and experience as a Supervisor or Manager, along with SMSTS certification. Previous experience in civil engineering and environmental projects, particularly in earthworks, concrete, and drainage.Benefits:
