About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at The Malthouse in Gillingham. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Encourage social interaction and engagement among residents
  • Participate in care planning and implementation, working collaboratively with the care team
  • Contribute to a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
