Senior Lettings Negotiator Opportunity

Rayner Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Colchester. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for undertaking rental valuations, negotiating with landlords, and coordinating property viewings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake rental valuations and negotiate with landlords to secure instructions to market.
  • Coordinate and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
  • Liaise with potential new tenants to understand their individual requirements and recommend suitable properties to rent.
Requirements:
  • Previous industry experience is essential, with a minimum of 2 years.
  • IT proficiency, with familiarity with MS Office packages and ability to learn bespoke in-house software packages.
  • Full UK driving license.
Benefits:
  • Basic pay between GBP19,000 - GBP20,000 per annum, depending on relevant experience.
  • Company car or car allowance, commission, bonuses, and other financial incentives, offering a realistic OTE up to GBP30,000 per annum.
  • Development training, career progression, birthday day off, company pension, company events, referral programme, and retail vouchers for star performers.
