Role Title: Yard Operations Supervisor

Working Hours: 45 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee yard operations in compliance with business and regulatory standards.
  • Promote a culture of safety by adhering to the Safety Management System.
  • Ensure compliance with transport regulations, including vehicle upkeep and driver hours.
  • Manage stock levels and financial controls within the operational system.
  • Supervise yard personnel and facilitate effective teamwork.
  • Open and close the site on a rotational basis.
  • Act as the emergency controller during staff absences.
  • Handle LPG cylinders and assist with deliveries to maintain service standards.
  • Support vehicle loading operations and manage site inventory.
