About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Flogas Britain. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing yard-based operations, maintaining stocks, and organizing the yard. This role requires a strong focus on safety, customer service, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate yard operations to ensure efficient and safe working practices
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, deliveries, and customer interactions
  • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Site Manager to achieve business objectives and resolve operational issues
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries and concerns
  • Work closely with the transportation team to ensure timely and safe delivery of products
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

About You

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in operations management, logistics, or a related field. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A full driving license and experience with LPG cylinders are essential for this role.
