About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team at Arthur Mellows Village College in Peterborough. As a Catering Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a friendly, efficient, and hygienic service to all customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of food and snacks for the site
  • Provide counter service and till work
  • Keep the kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state at all times
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.44, a free meal on shift, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team. As a Catering Assistant, you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and have a keen interest in food preparation and presentation. Previous experience in a catering or retail environment is desirable, but not essential. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.

What's Next

Applicants will be required to attend a short kitchen visit and interview. We are committed to the safeguarding of children and our employees share this commitment. Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check, which we will pay for.
