Job Summary:
We are seeking ambitious graduates to join our Business Development team, where you will play a key role in enhancing our presence and generating revenue through capitalising on warm leads and opening new opportunities. As a Graduate Business Development, you will be responsible for developing relationships with key influencers within accounts, supporting customer success, and shadowing senior members of the team to gain a comprehensive understanding of the 360 process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company and its offering to educate prospective customers
- Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social channels to schedule meetings, webinars, and demonstrations
- Develop relationships through extensive research and build rapport with key influencers within accounts
- Support customer success to ensure clients are happy with the services they've secured with the company
- Shadow senior members of the team to gain a comprehensive understanding of the 360 process
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable in a target-driven environment
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
