About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team at Brendoncare Stildon. As a Wellbeing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by developing and implementing individual and group programs that promote their overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individual and group programs that address all 6 areas of wellness for our residents
  • Work with other Wellbeing Coordinators across homes to share and research new ideas
  • Collaborate with the catering manager, Wellbeing and Volunteer Manager, and other activities coordinators to plan and deliver specialized events across the homes with our residents
  • Support volunteer team members in their roles throughout the home
  • Support residents with a range of IT, including social media and video conferencing
  • Utilize innovative software, including the OMI interactive table
  • Keep accurate records of activities and assessment forms
  • Stay up-to-date with mandatory training and Health and Safety requirements for the role
