Overview:

As a 2nd Line Engineer at Rubicon People Partnership, you will be integral in delivering support for operational, deployment, and configuration challenges within a software solutions environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to deployment and configuration.
  • Escalate complex technical problems to 3rd Line support, product management, and development teams.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and eliminate viruses and malware.
  • Mentor junior support team members and collaborate with various internal departments.
  • Participate in 24x7 support on a rotational basis.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years in technical or product support roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, and client-server environments.
  • BA or BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with relevant certifications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation capabilities.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a collaborative team player.
