Priory Group is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Bank Support Workers at our residential care facility, The Lawrence.

At Priory Adult Care, we provide a high standard of person-centered support and care to adults living with learning disabilities. Our residents may also present complex conditions, including communication difficulties, dual diagnoses, or other disabilities such as Epilepsy, Down's Syndrome, and Dementia.

Your Role:
  • Provide reliable, friendly, and caring support to our service users, assisting them in achieving their everyday goals, including personal care.
  • Contribute to a positive and engaging environment by supporting in-house activities and hobbies.
  • Demonstrate attentiveness and inspire our service users to reach their full potential.
  • Maintain a resilient approach while effectively managing challenging behaviors.

Essential Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

All roles will be subject to a successful disclosure at an appropriate level from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), Access NI or Disclosure Scotland, and the cost of this will be covered by Priory. We are an equal opportunities employer.
