Job Summary:

The Facilities Contract Co-ordinator will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation and upkeep of all sites. This includes conducting and organizing repairs and maintenance tasks, room set-ups, and manual handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily site checks to ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
  • Coordinate and direct a team of maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Liaise with security, maintenance, and cleaning teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Report operational and planning aspects to the line manager.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Experience in facilities management or a related field.
