Facilities Management Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Facilities Contract Co-ordinator will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation and upkeep of all sites. This includes conducting and organizing repairs and maintenance tasks, room set-ups, and manual handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily site checks to ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
- Coordinate and direct a team of maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Liaise with security, maintenance, and cleaning teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Report operational and planning aspects to the line manager.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures.
- Experience in facilities management or a related field.
