- RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification
- Valid UK NMC registration
- Proven experience in the mental health field, particularly in the treatment of eating disorders
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership/managerial role
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and a commitment to ongoing professional development
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
