We are seeking an experienced Lead Practice Operations Manager to become a vital part of our team at Hope Citadel Healthcare. This role will involve overseeing two thriving healthcare facilities, ensuring optimal operations while fostering a culture of growth and development among staff members.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be accountable for the seamless and sustainable management of both practices, with a strong emphasis on mentoring and developing team members who are stepping into new leadership roles. You will collaborate closely with administrative supervisors and clinical leaders at both locations.
As our practices expand, with some experiencing growth rates exceeding 10% annually, we are excited about the potential for our staff to advance their careers in management. The proximity of the two sites allows for effective relationship maintenance and team support. Our management team meets regularly to share insights and provide mutual encouragement. In this senior role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the operational vision and values of our organization, demonstrating these principles in action to less experienced managers.

Personnel Management
- Provide training and mentorship to administrative supervisors in their respective roles.

Health and Safety Management
- Implement health and safety protocols in line with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain security of practice premises and equipment.
