Key Responsibilities- Assist the Site Manager in the overall detailed planning of the project and monitor the programme to ensure all necessary resources are available.
- Develop, implement, and monitor an agreed quality inspection regime to ensure standards and quality are delivered to the required levels.
- Ensure a customer-orientated culture in all parts of the project team, including subcontractors.
- Introduce and apply a briefing and training programme for all site staff to meet site demands, including effective risk management, health and safety standards, customer care, and quality requirements.
- Ensure all aspects of the project are delivered to the set quality standards, customer care service, and on programme within the cost and project plan objectives.
- Proven site management experience at an Assistant level of residential new build.
- Ability to effectively support the Site Manager to achieve key objectives and improve the overall standards of the site-based team.
- Knowledge of health and safety, and good building practices, including NHBC stage inspections.
- Current SMSTS certificate and a relevant CSCS card.
- Ideal qualifications include a relevant Construction-related qualification and a Scaffolding Inspection certificate.
