We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team at DAYTIME HEALTHCARE RECRUITMENT LIMITED. As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential and supported living services in Surrey.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of high-quality care services to residents and service users.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead and motivate a team of care staff to deliver excellent care and support services.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of care services and implement improvements as necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
**Requirements:**
- Level 5 diploma or equivalent experience in care management or a related field.
- Proven experience in residential and supported living settings.
- Knowledge and experience of person-centered approaches, including positive behavior support and person-centered active support.
- Full valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
