Job Summary
Shire Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Therapy Services Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will oversee services for adult and adolescent service users in eating disorder, CAMHS, and addiction wards, as well as day care and outpatient services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the therapy service, including budget and clinical delivery
- Oversee a multidisciplinary team in a hospital setting
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and patient outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
- Accreditation or registration with the relevant governing body
- Prior management experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
