Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Policy Lead to join our team in Bath. As a key member of our centralised team, you will be responsible for supporting and managing your team to achieve required renewals and new business results while adhering to company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and manage your team to achieve required renewals and new business results
- Adhere to company procedures and regulatory requirements
- Audit staff on a monthly basis and provide feedback
- Carry out annual and mid-year reviews with team members
- Complete necessary training and prepare for regular 1-2-1s and year-end review
- Log all training and development on the Continuous Professional Development Plan (CPD)
Requirements:
- Good working knowledge of Professional Risks Insurances
- Experience in either Broking or Underwriting or both with PI and/or Financial Lines Insurances
- Strong planning and organisation skills to meet deadlines
