Senior Associate/Partner Opportunity in Employment Law

A prestigious law firm in Cheltenham is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate or Partner to join their employment law team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contentious and non-contentious employment matters, with experience in drafting and conducting employment tribunal proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals on employment law matters
  • Conduct employment tribunal proceedings for Respondents and Claimants
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and attend networking events
  • Work collaboratively within a team and independently as required

Requirements:

  • Qualified in England and Wales (or equivalent) with at least 5 years' PQE
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to balance team and independent working practices effectively
